In-Office requirements to continue to keep our patients and our staff safe:
Although the mask mandate has changed for the majority, for the healthcare industry it has not. The CDC, Nevada Dental Board and the Nevada Medical Board have continued the mask mandate for all healthcare facilities. This means that you must wear a face-covering in the office regardless if you’re vaccinated. We understand this is frustrating, but we are required to follow these guidelines until the healthcare mandate is lifted.
Everyone entering the office will have their temperature taken AND will be required to wash their hands.
Patients are to come to their appointment alone, unless they are a minor child.
All New Patients must complete their paperwork online prior to their appointment.
Patients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. If you arrive early we ask that you remain in your car, and come up at your appointment time. All patients will be rescheduled if they are more than 5 minutes late for their appointment. If you are running late please call us to see if we can accommodate you.
All patient balances owed will be collected prior to going back with the provider.
Due to the changes in how we schedule appointments, we will no longer be offering 5pm appointments. The office remains committed to providing a safe and clean environment for both our patients and staff, thus we will be doing a thorough cleaning at the end of each shift. For this reason the last appointment will be at 4pm.
The office will not accept any walk-ins. Please call to schedule your time with the Doctor and or Hygienist.
If you have been exposed to someone who has tested COVID-19 positive, we ask that you reschedule your appointment 14 days out.
If you or anyone in the family is experiencing any of the following symptoms, you will need to be rescheduled:
